Ezywhip are offering free postage to anywhere in Australia for order over $100. Postage cost for orders under $100 are from $8 to $12. Please note that cream chargers/gas cylinders are not allow to travel by air and are send out on road transport only.
Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out via Australia Post on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be post out on the next business day.
Ezywhip will post from Victoria as well as Western Australia to ensure that our customers get their orders in the shortest time possible. Orders from Victoria (VIC), South Australia (SA), New South Wales (NSW), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Tasmania (TAS) and Queensland (QLD) will be posted from our warehouse in Victoria. Orders from Western Australia (WA) and Northern Territory (NT) will be posted from our warehouse in Western Australia.
Ezywhip reserves the right to post from any location. From time to time, Ezywhip may be out of a certain product(s) in one location and may choose to post from the other. Scheduling, public holidays and Christmas holidays can also affect where we post from. We will notify you accordingly.

Once your order has been posted, Australia Post will send you an email with your tracking number (Please check your "Inbox" as well as your "Junk Mail" as it is an automated e-mail). To use your tracking number, go to www.auspost.com.au/track.
Once we have post out your order, the delivery time can vary, depending on the destination. The following table aims to show you how long you could typically expect to wait.

All items sent through the Australia Post delivery network have tracking capabilities, allowing you to view where your item is during the delivery process. You will receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking number once we have despatched your order. To track, go to www.auspost.com.au/track.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the time of despatch, before contacting us for missing parcel(s), as we can only file a missing parcel(s) claim with Australia Post after 10 business days of lodgement. To file a missing parcel claim, please use the Contact Us link in the side menu or reply to the email that we send you upon the despatched of your order. You will need to provide your order number or the full name on the order.
